WinPercentageActive

An active player is deemed one that has entered at least two events within a 4 month period. Upon entering their 2nd event during this period they are active for 3 more months. For each month they attend in sequence they will have one month added to their active period until it reaches 6 months. For each event missed the period is reduced by 1 month until it reaches zero after which it all starts again.
